Publish your request with an approximate area, a date and a duration. It costs 1 credit — refunded if nobody helps you.
2. Meet
A neighbour offers help, you check their profile and accept. Internal messaging opens so you can organise — no contact details before acceptance.
3. Balance
Service done? The requester confirms and the volunteer gets 1 credit. Everyone leaves a kind review.
Trust above all
Credits can't be bought, transferred or turned into money. They only keep helping balanced: to receive, you simply give at your own pace.
